Great customer service here at Raft, Westfield (White City).
We have been several times and it’s always been extremely welcoming. We will be coming back to purchase more furniture and recommend to friends / family.
Fabulous service from Raft in St Albans, with a very special mention to the lovely Hosna, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were advised, guided and supported throughout; nothing was too much trouble and we were totally at ease with our final decision, a beautiful modular unit for our home.
The whole team at Raft were fantastic, delivery faultless and we absolutely love our purchase thus far.

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Raft. We visited the Westfield store in June to see the sofas in person and they really lived up to our expectations. Kamil was wonderful throughout the whole process and helped us explore all options to ensure the sofa was exactly what we wanted and fit through our narrow doorways. The expected delivery timeframe was 10-12 weeks but it got delivered in 6! Couldn’t recommend them more.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience buying our new sofa with the Cricklewood showroom team. Abasin was very helpful and showed us all the sofa styles, fabrics and financing options. Purchased a sofa from Raft a few years ago and have become more and more disappointed with it. After a year the base cushions became flat and the foam inside became mis-shaped, I have reported it on several occasions and each time told it needs plumping - no amount of plumping is going to bring back the foam to its normal shape. One of the back cushions is noticeably under stuffed making it have a slumped look even when its just been plumped. I have on multiple occasions emailed to ask for prices for new cushions and what different options they have and never got a response or when I did was just told how much new cushions would be with no description of options.
Desk with imperfections. Unfortunately not the experience we expected from Raft.We ordered a new desk and waited 6 weeks only for it to arrive with drilled holes on the pieces of wood, in places where they were visible and where there was no reason for it to have holes. It was chipped in one spot and the glass top is not sitting entirely into the holes that are made for it to attach. In general not the quality we expected for the price. This should be a clearance piece keeping in mind the condition that we received it .The next day someone came and feeled the drilled holes and the chipped part and that was it.The glass top still doesn't sit entirely in the holes that it is supposed to.I called the customer service and emailed the lady that helped us place the order in the first place and she said someone would call me back within 48 hours. 5 days have passed no call whatsoever. I also sent pictures where the imperfections are obvious. Nobody ever apologized for the poor condition of the desk or the inconvenience caused. Very unprofessional...
A big thankyou to Alexander Fabuenne from the Richmond store who was so helpful to me in thinking through / giving me options for a new sofa ( back in april 24) ….. we bough the wawick corner sofa in easy clean chenille and we love it ! Would highly recommend the Richmond store

We visited RAFT in Westfield after a friend recommended them, and they didn't disappoint! Kamil was very friendly, helpful and informative about the sofas that we liked and provided an excellent service! We ended up buying 3 sofas there - 2 for our lounge (the Marlow) and 1 chaise for our snug area (the Manhatten). The quality looks amazing and the service was brilliant; we are now excited to receive delivery of the sofas making our home beautiful and cozy.

As a family we have had a mixed experience with Raft Furniture. Our sofa was super, just as we wanted. Unfortunately, osteoarthritis made turning and plumping up of the feather cushion interiors an arduous task. We reordered fibre cushion interiors and our experience with Raft deteriorated. Turns out that, as we had washed our cushion covers and had now shrunk slightly thereby no longer fitting the new fibre interiors that incidentally were delivered oversized, Raft would not help us anymore. We had no information to say do not wash covers that have fire retardant applied. Our new oversized sofa cushions had to be returned to Raft to be mechanically fitted to the covers! We have an ongoing issue with them regarding a badly torn interior cover, but to no avail.

Firstly, I'm really glad you and your family loved your sofa and I'm really sorry to hear about your osteoarthritis.
Regarding machine washing your FR cushion covers, I'm really sorry that this happened. All of our fabrics are FR'd, in line with fire and furnishing fire safety regulations
Had you requested care instructions from us we could have provided you with this information before machine washing them.
I wish we could be of more help but unfortunately shrinkage caused by machine washing is why we do not advise this and therefore this is not within our control.
Excellent service from Raft at Westfield. Veridiana was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. More than a year after buying our lovely sofa, we felt a couple of the back cushions needed firming up and she jumped to help and had it sorted in no time. The staff are generally very helpful. Lubo has given us some good advice too and we are still trying to get to one of his new pop up decorating sessions. We’ve been shopping at Raft for the past 20 years and can safely vouch for the quality and service. Raft has been, and continues to be our favourite furniture store in London.

Bought a sofa from Raft Furniture and couldn't be more pleased. Hosna (from St Albans branch) was so helpful arranging fabric samples to be sent out to my home address. I was worried about getting the sofa into my flat (second floor) and they explained I could have the sofa delivered in parts and assembled in the room so I didn't have the worry about access. Excellent communication about delivery and the sofa is very comfy.

We had a complex project which required some out of the box, thinking to make use of our bookshelf / TV cabinet and fireplace. Delighted with our purchases - we firstly purchased 2 sofas which are both just incredibly stylish and comfy. Then a bench and most recently complimented these with some beautiful reclaimed teak pieces and a standard and matching table top lamp and an incredible round mirror.
